How do I return an item in store? (Australia only)Updated 8 months ago

We accept the return of full price & sale items returned within 30 days of purchase provided your item(s) are unused, unworn and undamaged, and include all original tags, labels and retail packaging.

1: Prepare

Make sure you have your proof of purchase and have viewed our Returns Policy for more information on in-store returns.

If your order was placed using Afterpay, be sure to have your Afterpay details ready. 


2: Check

Ensure all items are unused, unworn and undamaged (including all tags, labels and retail packaging)

Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order.

 

3: Find a Store

Using our store locator, find your nearest company owned store and return your items.

  

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.


Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

 Please note:

Returns can only be processed by company owned stores and cannot be processed by our factory outlet stores or any authorized dealers.

Online orders purchased using PayPal cannot be returned in-store and must be returned via mail to our online warehouse.
