Full Refunds

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

If I earned points on my purchase and then that purchase is fully refunded, will I get to keep my points earned on that order?

No. Points earned on the order will be removed from your account. For Example: If you spent $100, you will be refunded $100 and 100 points will be deducted from your account.

If I earned points on my purchase and then partially refunded that purchase, will my points be reversed?

Yes. You will then earn points only for the remaining amount.

For example: If you earned 100 points for spending $100, and are then partially refunded $75, the number of points earned would get reduced to 25 - the remaining amount that you paid.

Spending Points

If I earned points on my purchase and applied those points as a reward coupon towards another purchase, and then that purchase is partially refunded, will my points used to redeem the reward coupon be returned?

No, the points used to redeem the reward coupon will not be returned, but the points for the amount refunded will be returned.

For Example:

If you add $100 of product to your cart and apply a $15 coupon (which you received redeeming 300 points), the total is now $85. If your purchase gets partially refunded with $75, we will not return any of the points used to buy the $15 coupon back to you. The number of points earned would be reduced to 10.
