When will my gift card expire?

Our gift cards have no expiry date, so you can use them whenever you're ready!

Can I buy a physical gift card?

Yes, however physical gift cards are available exclusively in our stores. Please note that gift cards purchased in-store can only be used in physical store locations. Visit your nearest store to pick one up!

Can I use my e gift card instore?

No, e gift cards can only be used for online purchases. If you'd like a gift card for in-store shopping, you can purchase one directly at any of our stores.

When will I receive my e gift card?

You should receive your e-gift card via email straight away. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox. If you haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Can I earn loyalty points on e gift cards?

No, loyalty points are not earned on the purchase or redemption of gift cards. However, if you use a gift card to make a purchase and the total exceeds the gift card balance, points can be earned on the portion paid with other payment methods. For ex

Can I use more than one gift card at checkout?

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards when checking out. Simply enter each code in the box when prompted.

How do I redeem my gift card?

To redeem your gift card, simply enter your unique gift card code into the 'Gift Cards/Discount' field at checkout.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Gift card balances can be checked by clicking on the link in the email you received with your gift card redemption code. Alternatively, please contact customer service if you have lost the original email.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges are available on gift cards.

Can I purchase a gift card to use in NZ?

Unfortunately, at this stage we only offer gift cards for use on our Australian websites.
